AMY'S POTATO SALAD

Soon after starting my cooking page my daughter, Amy showed us how she makes her potato salad. I know there are so many different ways that potato salad is made. This recipe is different than mine but it is good. I realize that many will say they always put boiled eggs in their potato salad (and I do sometimes). If you want to make this with eggs it is perfectly fine. We have received many messages asking for Amy's recipe because I never posted it.
