COWBOY COOKIES

Friday we left on a charter bus to go support our Vincent High School football team, who have had a wonderful season this year. Well, we needed a little treat to snack on during the drive down. These cowboy cookies were perfect. The recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies so there was plenty to share. Harold got to choose what to put inside these cookies. Instead of chocolate chips, he chose craisins!
