CHICKEN SALAD

I've had several requests for chicken salad. Today I made some after having cooked too much chicken for another recipe. This is one dish that can be fixed to your preference. Today mine was very simple. It's great when I add pineapple, apples, and pecans. However, it was very tasty with just what I had on hand. I hope you will try this by using the ingredients that you like. It's good to eat with crackers, on a croissant, pita, or plain bread. INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 chicken breasts (I boiled mine)

  • green seedless grapes, sliced in half (about 1 cup)

  • red seedless grapes, sliced in half (about 1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • Lawry's Seasoning to taste (I used about 1 tsp)

  • 1-2 cups mayonnaise (Start with 1 cup and add more as needed)


  1. Cook chicken breast in water until done. Chop or shred.

  2. Add grapes, celery, Lawry's seasoning and mayonnaise.

  3. Mix well. Refrigerate
