AMANDA'S BANANA BREAD

This is a recipe that my pastor's wife, Amanda, shared with me years ago. This was her grandmother's recipe. It might be the easiest Banana Bread recipe that I've made. Don't let the fact that it is easy fool you into thinking that it won't be good because it is delicious.
