This is a wonderful and simple dessert that you can prepare in no time! The recipe is in my Volume 1 cookbook. I've made it with pears too and it is just as good.

So many of you love my easy Butter Pecan Pound Cake from the Volume 2 cookbook. This recipe for Cherry Chip Pound Cake is made the same way. It does start with a different Betty Crocker Cake Mix. I did add a little cherry juice to amplify the flavor. It was delicious! I hope you will try it!

These were delicious! They do take some arm strength to stir the ingredients so I was very glad to have Harold around to help me. My elbow is better but not 100% yet.
