This cucumber salad is sometimes called marinated vegetables. It really doesn't matter what you call it because it is so good. It's especially good in the summer when you have these vegetables fresh from the garden. It keeps in the refrigerator for a few days but you probably won't have much leftover to keep. I feel like most of you have had it but this might be a reminder if it's been a while since you've eaten it. Hope you enjoy it.
