When I’ve got a few girlfriends coming over for Mahjong, I like to have a little something for us to snack on while we play. Nobody wants to be sitting around the table with an empty plate, and this Warm Corn Dip from my Volume 1 cookbook is always a favorite. It’s creamy, cheesy, and just the right kind of comfort food you can scoop up with a chip between turns. Good food, a little friendly competition, and lots of laughing around the table!
