I need a delicious appetizer to take to our church's Christmas Party so I decided to make my Pineapple Cheeseball from the Volume 1 cookbook. I love anything with pineapple and this appetizer is as beautiful as it is delicious.
Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
