AMY'S CORN SALAD

My daughter Amy made this for our Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone wanted the recipe. Although I have made corn salad for you before, I wanted to show you this recipe because it is so different. You can serve it as a side dish or snack on it with chips. It's good both ways! I hope you'll try it!
