My daughter in law's mother, Kim, makes this every time we have a party. I just love it! I've made it before using Pineapple Pepper Jelly, but it was just as good with Strawberry Jelly. This recipe can be found in my Volume 3 cookbook.

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here.
