When I saw Southern Living post this recipe, I thought it sounded very unusual. But after I read the ingredients, I knew I had to try it. It's similar to a pimento cheese dip but with banana peppers. Banana peppers aren't too spicy but they do have a distinctive flavor. It's very good.

When I saw cheese slaw I was skeptical! After looking at the ingredients it sounds good. As long as peppers and chilies are drained well, I might even try this as a grilled cheese sandwich!
