The other night at our office we participated in a community Christmas open house, where a sweet follower shared with me a recipe for Pimento Cheese Muffins. They were very good. I hope you will give them a try!
The above photo is a stock photo as the muffins were ALL eaten before I could even grab a picture. I'd say they were a hit!
