As you will be able to tell from the video, Mason (my great grandson) gives this recipe two thumbs up! He likes it! This recipe can be found in our Volume 5 cookbook, Mama Sue and Her Boys. I sure love these Sundays with Shawn, don't you?

Dinner Ideas

If you find yourself looking for ideas for dinner tonight, below are a few of my favorite meals.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This casserole is guaranteed to be a hit with your family. It's easy to put together too. The recipe can be found in the Volume 1 cookbook.

MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Cheesy, crunchy, and packed with flavor—this Mexican Chicken Casserole with Doritos is the ultimate easy comfort food your family will love!
