Football season calls for easy snacks that keep everyone gathered around the TV happy, and sausage queso always delivers! Sometimes I just call this Rotel but I guess the real name is Sausage Queso. It’s creamy, hearty, and just spicy enough to keep you coming back for “one more bite.” The best part? It comes together with just a few ingredients and stays warm in the slow cooker so guests can snack all game long. You can find the recipe in my Volume 3 cookbook.

Yum! My aunt used to make this a lot. It is good with ground beef too. The white Velveeta is definitely better to use over the yellow because it's not as salty. Thank you for sharing!
