These were delicious! They do take some arm strength to stir the ingredients so I was very glad to have Harold around to help me. My elbow is better but not 100% yet.
Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here.
