When I was so sick with chemo, one of my followers sent me this recipe. I loved it so much, I featured the recipe in my Volume 2 cookbook. It might be the fastest way to eat potato soup other than opening a can! It's very good. Try it today and let me know what you think.

I made this soup twice in the past 2 weeks, it was so easy and delicious. I added some frozen corn and cooked up some ground sausage too. With the weather getting cold this is such a fast soup to make, within 35 minutes I was sitting down eating a nice hot tasty bowl.
