Well the word is finally out! The hardest part of this whole experience was having to keep quiet about one of the biggest secrets. Y'all know that I love those boys with Y'all Sweet Tea. They have worked hard to build their company and when they asked me to come with them to Los Angeles to be on Shark Tank, it was an immediate YES!
There was a lot of behind the scenes that happened leading up to the filming. We practiced our lines over and over. I really felt that they kept changing my lines just to keep me on my toes. I wouldn't trade $1 million dollars for being able to go to Los Angeles to film our episode.
I was the oldest person there by many years and was treated so nicely. All of the producers, staff, drivers, everyone was just so nice. My favorite part though was being able to pray with Darien and Brandon and their producers right before we went on stage.
I couldn’t be prouder because these two guys have worked so hard and continue to work hard to get where they are.Â
The episode airs November 15th on ABC at 7 pm cst. I sure hope you will watch!
Mama Sue: Everyone's favorite Southern Grandma.
Wow. I got two birds with one stone by watching Shark Tank. First, I saw you, so I am following you on you tube because I love cooking videos! Second, I am a sweet tea fanatic here in Texas, and I placed an order for Yall Sweet Tea. Nice to meet you Mama Sue!
I didn't know this was going to be happening and when I saw you I put the TV on pause and hollered at my husband "Mama Sue is on Shark Tank!" He came running and we were as proud because you seem like family.
Y'all did a great job and the young men made a great deal!
Congratulations to all! You're not gonna go Hollywood on us, are you?
You and the boys did a fantastic job!
Thanks for letting us know about the boys being on Shark Tank. Loved watching and wishing then continued success .
