I made this Pear Salad several months back but have had several followers request it again. It's so simple but very delicious. I use a small can of pears because it's perfect for us. If you are having guests you would probably want to use a large can of pears. My friend, Kim, in Louisiana makes this using sliced pineapple and it is delicious also. This easy recipe is quick and I always keep a can of pears on hand just for this. I hope you will try it and let me know what you think.
