SPAGHETTI SALAD

I try to never throw away my leftovers. I freeze leftover cooked vegetables, for example. For this dish, I had some leftover spaghetti noodles and penne pasta so I used both to make this delicious spaghetti salad. This recipe can be found in my Volume 2 cookbook on page 8.
