This recipe has always been a favorite. I had some comments that they didn't like the name. If you google the name it will pull up recipes for this. I didn't make up the name. These make delicious appetizers but we eat them for a meal. I hope you try them and let me know what you think.

I loved the sliders. The only thing I changed was the onion powder. I used real onion instead of powder. I sautéed them after the meat. They were so good. Lewis bread puts out slider buns. I like those instead of HB buns. I really enjoy your recipes. I appreciate you and Mr Harold.
Name is fine! I had a White Trash Cookbook in the 1990's.

I love the name of this recipe!
This is the same recipe that we have had in our family for 40 years. But, we use party bread squares. Just place them on the bread. We freeze them, then pop them in oven for about 10 minutes or so. Sooo good! Alot of people call them hanky panks.
