This casserole is delicious and is another easy dish to prepare. You do have to cook the rice and brown the ground beef. Other than that it is all prepared in one dish. Serve this with a green salad and roll and you have a meal. You could even add other ingredients of your choice. My husband says I should keep this one on a rotation because he loves it.
