This casserole is delicious and is another easy dish to prepare. You do have to cook the rice and brown the ground beef. Other than that it is all prepared in one dish. Serve this with a green salad and roll and you have a meal. You could even add other ingredients of your choice. My husband says I should keep this one on a rotation because he loves it.

Mama Sue, I wonder if you could give me a good substitute for the onion dip and dried onions on the top. My husband does not like but I do. I also want to know if you think corn would be a good substitution for green beans.
I made this a few days ago. My husband liked it ok but me not so much. I was disappointed after all the pre-cooking I had to do. I give it 2 stars.
I would add a jar of sliced mushrooms. I’m making this delicious looking recipe soon
