I wanted to try something a little different for dinner. I love my "normal" chicken casserole, but I saw this recipe for chicken SALAD casserole and I just had to try it. We might have a new favorite.
Very good. I made it keto by using keto crackers, instead of Ritz, with butter for the topping. It was rich and delicious. Second night I made it non keto by mixing the leftovers with some elbow macaroni for a nice comfort food dinner! Love your recipes!
