Do you like to try different recipes for the same food? I do. I know that there's not a lot of different ways to make Chocolate Chip cookies (and I've made a few different recipes), but when I saw this recipe on the internet I knew that I would try it. First of all it has corn starch which I had never used in one of my recipes. The temperature was higher than I had ever used so I had to check it out. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy and delicious they are. The corn starch does make them "stand up in the middle" a little more and they cook quickly. It did make more than the recipe said but it's probably because I used my regular scoop. No problem with having more cookies for us. Have a wonderful day and Be Salt & Light!
