Harold LOVES cookies! Even though my Laura Bush's Cowboy Cookies (video of me making them during chemo) are my personal favorite, I still really like these EASY COOKIES, from my Volume 1 cookbook. You can make them with any box cake mix flavor. I've done coconut, lemon, chocolate, or any other flavor.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
