I've had this recipe for many years and each time I make it I wonder why I don't make it more often. This is an old Weight Watcher recipe and it was during the days of "counting points". A serving then was 4 points. Tonight I had this with potato salad and baked beans. If you watched the video on my Facebook page you saw how easy this dish is to prepare. I hope you will try this and enjoy it.


  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup of ketchup

  • 12 oz. can diet coke

  1. Put chicken in a non stick skillet.

  2. Pour ketchup and coke together and mix.

  3. Pour over top of chicken and bring to a boil.

  4. Cover, reduce heat & cook for 45 minutes.

  5. Uncover, turn up heat and cook until sauce becomes thick and adheres to chicken (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
