Since my daughter and her family are temporarily living with us while their house is being remodeled, easy family meals are at the top of my mind. You really can't get any easier than this dish, Crockpot Beef Tips. We like it over rice, but you can easily serve it with potatoes and a salad.
Looks fabulous! I’d omit the salt, as the soup mix, gravy mix and broth are pretty salty. Those mixes need to make low sodium options for those who are on salt-restricited diets.
My mother always taught me to never measure the ingredients over the bowl, pot, pan, skillet, or whatever you are cooking in, because if it spills you may end up with more of that ingredient than you want/need. I follow her advice to this day when I am cooking/baking.
