INSTANT POT RED BEANS

This was my first time cooking dried beans in the Instant Pot and it won't be the last! The beans were tender and it didn't take much time at all. Plus I didn't have to remember to soak them ahead of time.
Maybe you could reduce the water to 8 cups so you wouldn’t have to add more seasonings and cook it down longer.
I really like my instant pot. Not only sautés but steams, slow cooks, pressure cooks, makes soups, broths, stews, rice, poultry, beans, porridge, meats, and yogurt! Can even delay start time and keep warm when done.
