This easy Crockpot Taco Soup is delicious and it freezes well! Harold and I just love it on a chilly day! The recipe is in my Volume One cookbook. Let me know if you give it a try!

A friend gave me this recipe, with the addition of browned ground beef, and he calls it, "Santa Fe Soup." Whatever you call it, it's delicious! 😋
