Crock-Pot Dr. Pepper Roast

This roast is absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare. You can put it in the crockpot when you get up in the morning and it will be ready for supper, or put it on when you start to bed and it will be ready when you get up.


  • 1 pork roast

  • 1 large onion

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1 can of Dr. Pepper


  1. Cut the onion in chunks and add to bottom of crockpot.

  2. Put roast on top of onion and salt & pepper to your taste.

  3. Put brown sugar on top of roast.

  4. Pour the Dr. Pepper over the roast.

  5. Cook on low all night or all day.

  6. Shred the pork roast with 2 forks.

  7. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce
