Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
I made this last week. I liked the idea of using meatballs. It was delicious. But it was more than the 2 of us could eat, so I froze the leftovers. 😊
