We love congealed salads. I think we like to eat them for snacks as much as with a meal. This recipe is super easy and so good. It would be a great dish to take for a potluck dinner but one that you will want to make to have at home. If you try it let me know. This recipe is in my Volume 1 cookbook on page 12.
