Some may call this a game - trying to repurpose leftovers into a new meal. We just call it growing up poor. You didn't throw things away. You reused them. I always take my leftover vegetables and add them to a bowl in my freezer. It might only be 1/4 of a cup but it will add up. When you get a bowl full, add some canned tomatoes and you have yourself a delicious soup!
