One of my sweet followers, Shirley Pelkey, shared a simple recipe for Potato Soup. This recipe caught my attention with only 3 ingredients. I knew that I was going to try it and found it to be delicious and SO SIMPLE. For those who wouldn't like the peppers and onions in the bag of potatoes just get the plain ones. I like the flavor they give but you may not. Fall is just around the corner and I know you will want to try this recipe on one of the cooler days.
I had never seen your recipe, but about a month ago, I was wanting potato soup and I had a bag of those potatoes so I pulled them out put in a can of cream of chicken soup and 32 ounce chicken broth and when he was just about finished, I put in 2 cups of Velveeta cheese and let that melt it was delicious. I topped it with more cheese and some bacon crumbles. Had no idea that I was close to one of your soups. Just made up my own.
