This recipe comes from one of my wonderful friends, Lisa. With it turning cooler here in Alabama, soup recipes are always welcomed. You might remember another recipe that Lisa shared, her mom's Pepper Steak. I hope you will try this soup recipe. It has lots of flavor without being too spicy. You can find the recipe in my Volume 3 cookbook.

I made this soup because mama Sue always has delicious recipes. She said that it was not too hot because her husband does not like hot and neither does mine. I took a taste of it while it was cooking and it took my breath away. It was so hot. I don’t know what I’m going to do now anybody have an idea? It is still cooking on the stove, so possibly the heat from the chilies and from the buffalo wild packet may cook down a little.

I didn’t add as much seasoning packet, or as much green chili’s, I cook for one person & did half of recipe,Still had some to freeze, try adding some sour cream in your bowl,since you don’t like it 🥵
