I love many different types of slaw recipes and have featured several of them on my blog. This one is different. It's a copycat recipe from John's Restaurant in Birmingham. I tried it years ago and I just loved it! I like having it in the fridge as a quick side dish.
This recipe is always a very popular one, not only online but anytime someone tries it for the first time. Since it was just Harold and I eating the other night, I decided to make a smaller batch than I normal. You can find the larger portion recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook .
