I'm happy to share another Thanksgiving side dish with you today. Caroline Davis (Mississippi Kween) made this Cauliflower Casserole the other day on TikTok and we wanted to try it. It's easy to put together and doesn't take too long to cook. We loved it!

The cauliflower casserole looks good. I would try it with the onions and Ritz crackers and butter as well.

Great recipe for people who eat glutton free. Definitely add onions.

Crackers would be good unless you are GF.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
