My granddaughter always requests that I make my chicken casserole anytime that I am visiting them in Louisiana. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook. It's simple and easy to throw together. You can add a green salad and a couple of vegetables and you will have a delicious meal that your family will love! Plus, anytime you put a topping of Ritz crackers and butter on a casserole, you will always have a hit!
