ONE PAN BAKED PORK CHOPS AND RICE


This one-dish baked pork chops and rice is just plain good. You can even fix it with chicken if that’s what you have on hand. The recipe is in my Volume 3 cookbook. While it was baking, Harold kept walking through the kitchen saying, “Mmm, that sure does smell good.” And it was! I hope you’ll try it and enjoy it as much as we did.
