PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE BARS

This recipe takes me back to my elementary school days when we had delicious desserts. One was a Peanut Butter Bar with frosting. It's not exactly the way I remember them, but it is pretty close. Harold said he even likes these without the frosting if you want to save some calories. You notice that I didn't cut calories!
