I love anything with pecans and pecan pie is one of my favorites. If you are like me and love pecan pie, you are going to love this recipe. It's simple and easy to put together. I think this recipe would be good for breakfast with a cup of coffee while sitting on the porch.

Why isn’t there baking powder or something to help it rise?
