SKILLET PECAN PIE

Monday night, Miss Annie and I attended Grits & Gouda's Holiday fundraiser. Kathleen from Grits & Gouda made this wonderful pecan pie using Whaley Pecans. I loved that it was made in a cast iron skillet. I knew I just had to make it for y'all. It did not disappoint.
