PINEAPPLE JALAPENO JELLY

Updated: Dec 7, 2023

We love pepper jelly! I always have some in my refrigerator to eat with beans, vegetables or just on a biscuit. It's so easy to make. I hope you'll try it. This recipe can be found on page 62 in my Volume 1 cookbook.

I just made this this morning. It is 25° here. I added the seeds to my jelly as we are hotties. This is so beautiful in the jars and it came out perfectly just like the recipe indicated. I'm making more but using soaked dried & muddled cherries and Sechuan pepper flakes with this exact recipe. I'm excited to have my family use it as Mama Sue says! Thanks so much for this stunning recipe that will be MY go to. New canner here and you have made it so much easier; I could learn from you forever. Thank you ma'am. God bless y'all.

I'd like to try this. It says 2 cans pineapple. What size are the cans. And I'm thinking crushed pineapple.
