One of the first videos I posted to Facebook was for Squash Relish. Can we all give thanks that my camera work has improved since then?! The actual recipe can be found on page 62 in my Volume 1 cookbook. We love it! We eat it with vegetables, beans, really anything.

Dinner Ideas

If you find yourself looking for ideas for dinner tonight, below are a few of my favorite meals.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This casserole is guaranteed to be a hit with your family. It's easy to put together too. The recipe can be found in the Volume 1 cookbook.

MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Cheesy, crunchy, and packed with flavor—this Mexican Chicken Casserole with Doritos is the ultimate easy comfort food your family will love!
