This is one of my most popular recipes with my followers and my family. I make my meatloaf into balls so that they have more "crispy" surface area for the delicious sauce. You can even freeze them (without sauce) to have at a later time. You can find the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook.

We love cabbage just by itself, but adding some smoked sausage to the pan really kicks this recipe up a notch. It's also a really quick meal for those busy weeknights.
