This sounds wonderful, and easy! I've been wanting a good recipe, as it's my husband's favorite, but never seems to happen! Question abour the recipe: Does is have to be plastic wrap directly on the pan, or can you use the pan lid to cover the filling as it sits for 30 minutes? Thank you, Mama Sue!

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
