Never did I expect that at 73 years old I would be a breast cancer "thriver" and a social media influencer (whatever that means), but here I am cooking and sharing recipes three times per week.

BACON UP CORNBREAD

I have found a new love! Bacon Up Bacon Grease. I've used it for a couple of years to flavor vegetables and such, but I had no idea you could use it in cooking too. I made a delicious peach cobbler with Bacon Up and I couldn't believe the results. I'll have to share that video soon.

COWBOY COOKIES

These are Harold's very favorite cookies. The batter makes a lot, but you can always roll them into balls and freeze them. I made all 96 cookies so that we could share with family and neighbors. They sure are good! The recipe is in my Volume 1 cookbook.
