CORN SALAD

When my sweet friend Jane's brother passed away, someone brought this dish to the family. I loved it so much that I had to get the recipe! It's quick, easy, and so comforting. Add cooked chicken or ham if you'd like to make it a hearty main dish.

BACON UP CORNBREAD

I have found a new love! Bacon Up Bacon Grease. I've used it for a couple of years to flavor vegetables and such, but I had no idea you could use it in cooking too. I made a delicious peach cobbler with Bacon Up and I couldn't believe the results. I'll have to share that video soon.
