This time I decided to turn my 3 Ingredient Potato Soup recipe into a 4 Ingredient soup recipe. It's still very easy to make. We love this recipe from my Volume 2 cookbook.
Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
