I was so upset when Chick Fil A took this Carrot & Raisin Salad off their menu. It was my favorite thing. This copycat recipe is very good. We eat it as a side dish or just with crackers. It's delicious! You can find the recipe in my Volume 2 cookbook.

Dinner Ideas

If you find yourself looking for ideas for dinner tonight, below are a few of my favorite meals.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This casserole is guaranteed to be a hit with your family. It's easy to put together too. The recipe can be found in the Volume 1 cookbook.

MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Cheesy, crunchy, and packed with flavor—this Mexican Chicken Casserole with Doritos is the ultimate easy comfort food your family will love!
