Using a crockpot for dinner helps me so much on busy canning days. Y'all know that I love Mexican and I love this dish! It's very versatile. You can serve it over chips, put it in a tortilla or just eat it with some Mexican rice. It's not very spicy either.

I love Mexican too. I think when I try this recipe I’ll replace the ranch dressing with taco seasoning or maybe use half ranch and half taco seasoning. Just make it more Mexican🥰

A packet of the Ranch Spicy would be good. You can use half of that and half Taco mix.
