This recipe was given to me by my Sunday School friend. Everything she makes is always good so I knew this casserole would be delicious. And it was! It’s one of those easy, comforting dishes that comes together with simple ingredients but tastes like you spent all afternoon in the kitchen. The seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, and corn cook together in a rich, flavorful sauce. It's hearty, cheesy, and perfect for feeding a hungry family or taking to a potluck. I have a feeling this one will be on repeat at our house!
